WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

Adult mittens:  We have two main sizes of adult mittens!  Medium (the most common size) and small (for your petite hand).  We recommend that if you have an average sized female hand, go with the medium!  If you have little hands in comparison to everyone else, go with the small.  Men and females with larger than average hands should contact us for recommendations on stock mittens or for special orders! 

Kids mittens:  We have 4 sizes of kids mittens!  Our infant sets are for the newborn (will be a bit big on them) up to about 12 months.  Kids small fit 12 months up to about 3-4 years old, keeping in mind that a "husky" child may need the next size up!  Kids medium fit 3 years  up to about  7 or 8 years old!  Kids large are for 8 years to Preteens.  Preteens will likely need to look at adult smalls!

Fur Pom Beanies:  There are three sizes of beanies.  Infants will fit infants to about 6-8 months old, perhaps up to 12 months depending on the infants head size.  Kids beanies are for everyone between 12 months and your teenage years.  Adult beanies are relatively uniform in size, keeping in mind that different sweater materials provide different material stretch and fit!  If you have questions, please contact us about the specific product you are interested in. 

Pageboy Hats:  We do make three sizes of Pageboy Hats.  We highly recommend measuring the crown of your head in inches to size these correctly as we wouldn't want you to fall in love with one that you can't get on!  Small is for kids, rarely do we see adults wear this size and we do not make many of these.  Medium will fit a crown size up to about 21 inches.  Large fits up to around 23 inches.  Please, please, please measure your head!  We will do our best to post the hat circumference also!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Fugly Wear will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.

 

 

EASY RETURNS

All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. Any promotional/flash sale items with a discount of 25% off or more cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.

Items must be received within 30 business days of receiving the order to get a credit card refund or to exchange for different product. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition and tags attached.

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a refund in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges; you will be responsible for that.

Please remember that every item is unique!  Duplicates are often not possible and exchange for the exact same product in a different size is next to impossible.  We will work with you to try and match colors and patterns as closely as possible!

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 5 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 5 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts and tracking number until your return is processed. Fugly Wear is not responsible for damaged, missing or lost packages in transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3-6 business days at which time you will be issued a refund, if deemed appropriate, for the amount spent on the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Checkout Problems – Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address differs, you order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If not, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.
